During the Colney Heath Parish Council meeting held on Thursday 22nd April 2021, agenda item 20/21-144 d discussed the Tyttenhanger Green Public Open Space Accessway (the land between 19/21 and 25 Tyttenhanger Green) during a closed session at the end of the meeting.

The minutes of this meeting ‘…noted that several residents had complained regarding the public accessway and use by the landowner.’ The meeting concluded that ‘Quotes to be obtained to remove the hedge stumps.’ and for a ‘…height restrictor to be installed as near as the road as possible.’

A meeting in the village at the Tyttenhanger Green Public Open Space Accessway has determined the scale and positioning of the height restrictor and it was also decided that the access gates into the public open space at the field end of the accessway (see photo below) should be replaced.

This work should be started by mid-June 2021.
